Vessel reports are captured once and reused by every module. The figure the office approved is the figure management, the verifier and the crewing desk see.
Verify before you calculate
Consumption is reconciled against ROB, bunkers and corrections before it is used anywhere. Reconciliation happens once on the platform, not in a separate spreadsheet for each department.
Audit-ready by design
Append-only ledgers, locked originals with revision chains, and results stored together with their inputs. Anything reported outside can be reproduced later.
Practical on board
Sectioned forms with draft autosave, validations that catch mistakes at source, and Excel outputs in the format the office already uses.
Incremental, not disruptive
